Inspired by the symbolism of coral, a prized natural material, the building design embodies aspects of protection, privacy, and serenity. Nestled on a private island in the midst of the sea, the Bulgari Lighthouse is a unique architectural marvel. Comprising of 4 and 5-bedroom penthouses, it provides a range of distinct living spaces and interior arrangements. With larger penthouses boasting private pools and exclusive lift access, the tower elegantly ascends into the sky while creating spacious and inviting interiors with its expanding architectural coral plates.

Finishing and materials
The living area is encased in a graceful glass facade, curving gently to envelop the internal spaces and offer unobstructed vistas of the sea and the city. Continuing this design concept, the facade mimics the curvature of the building. Subdued sand hues dominate the refined finishes, complemented by wide oak flooring and columns clad in luxurious silk materials. The bedroom spaces exude comfort and subtle luxury with features such as natural leather details, silk wallpapers, and oak wood floors. Defined by a sophisticated charm, the bedrooms showcase natural elements like oak flooring and wall paneling, and provide en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets with access to the expansive balcony, framing breathtaking views.

The showcase kitchen showcases a stone floor encased by oak boiserie panels concealing service areas and the wet kitchen. Standout in the kitchen is a grand island adorned with precious marble.
